Track 1:

Internal Obstacles to Effective Obsolescence Management

When trying to be more effective in managing our own response to obsolescence management we have to understand the different and sometimes opposing needs that exist within our own organizations and teams. How have YOU overcome the challenges of pragmatism vs principle? What do YOU need to learn from your community?

Track 2:

External Challenges to Your Strategic Obsolescence Strategy

As we look for better collaboration, faster service, cheaper prices or “better quality,” how often do we bring our supply chains together to understand the changing and evolving goals of your suppliers and customers? What do YOU need to understand to partner better? What assumptions does YOUR strategy rely on? How can we grow together?

8am – 5pm

Conference at the Four Seasons Resort Dallas at Las Colinas

This October in Dallas, we’ll hear different perspectives and enjoy open collaboration to enable us to learn together how to Build the Transparent Supply Chain.

Supply chains are difficult to manage and understand. When looking for improvements — particularly in challenging and continually changing aspects like obsolescence management we often look to new solutions or to push responsibility to partners … but the most neglected and simplest way to make effective change is to communicate.

FOM 2019 will consist of eight guest speakers from across the industry, unique opportunities for networking and shared learning, and an interactive showcase.
